All appointments require a 50% [non refundable] Booking Fee, no exceptions. The 50% Booking Fee is calculated on the Standard Price & not a Promotional Price.

A notice period of 24 hours is required to cancel/re-schedule in order to avoid forfeiting the Booking Fee. Cancelling/Re-Scheduling less than 6 hours will require 100% payment of the scheduled treatment/s value.

Arriving late for your appointment will affect your Treatment time and may lead to the appointment being cancelled/re-scheduled @ your cost. I therefore encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to avoid being late for your scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, be courteous & let me know as I might be able to assist with extending the time of your appointment, although NOT a guarantee.
